By installing or using Signal Snipe, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.
02 Product scope
Signal Snipe is a read-only navigation aid for supported Axiom and Padre pages. It can parse visible public signal evidence, compare it with visible supported token cards, resolve a validated token route, open a normal browser tab, and retain clearable local navigation history.
Signal Snipe is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Axiom, Padre, X, Telegram, token issuers, exchanges, wallet providers, or their operators.
03 No trading or wallet execution
Signal Snipe does not connect wallets, request seed phrases or private keys, sign messages, submit orders, buy or sell tokens, broadcast transactions, or click native trading controls. Opening a token page is navigation only. You remain solely responsible for any action you later take on a third-party service.
04 No financial advice
Signal Snipe provides technical navigation and matching functionality only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, security, or token-safety advice. A displayed or opened token route is not an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or statement that a token is authentic, safe, liquid, lawful, or suitable for any purpose.
05 Third-party services
The extension interacts with or opens third-party websites and public resources. Their availability, content, security, terms, data practices, and behavior are controlled by their respective operators. Third-party pages may change without notice, require their own accounts, or become unavailable.
06 Acceptable use
You may use Signal Snipe only in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the supported third-party services. You must not use the extension to bypass access controls, obtain private content, interfere with services, distribute malware, misrepresent affiliation, or violate another person's rights.
07 Availability and changes
The extension may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Supported websites can change their interfaces or routes, which may temporarily reduce compatibility. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.
08 Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Snipe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profit, opportunity, digital assets, or access arising from use of or inability to use Signal Snipe or a third-party service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only as permitted by applicable law.
10 Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the extension's data handling, local storage, network requests, retention, and user controls.
11 Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when the extension's functionality, legal requirements, or distribution terms change. The effective date identifies the current version.
